  • Return Policy

    If you want to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days when you receive the product and return the item in its original condition. The product must be unwashed and undamaged (no tears/stains/odors). The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact, and no labels cut.

    ※ Underwear is considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
    ※ According to regulations, once personal hygiene products are unsealed, they are not eligible for a 7-day cooling-off period.

  • Return Shipping Charges

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you request a return, we will not pay for the shipping of the returned item. Please note that the return shipping fee will be at least USD $34.

  • Return Process

    If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within seven days of receiving your package by clicking the customer service chat window at the bottom right corner or by emailing us at service@sexyinshape.co. Please provide your order number, front and back photos of the item, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process. Incomplete information or late requests will not be processed.

  • Refund Processing

    Once we receive the returned items and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will start your refund processing.

  • Refund Timeframe

    The processing time for refunds depends on bank processing times or payment methods. Generally, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned items. These are our shipping, return, and refund policies.   • Exchange Purchase

    Currently, we are unable to provide exchange services. We suggest you return for a refund, then make new order for the desired item. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a refund according to your original payment method.

  • Can I return just one item?

    Yes, you can. You can return individual items separately. For example, if your original order includes 3 bras, you can choose to return only one of them.

  • What should I do if I receive a defective product?

    Definition of defect:Significant damage or large-scale stains present on the product upon receipt. Please take photos and contact customer service immediately.

    Non-defect definition:New fabric odor, minor loose threads, tiny spots or dust, inconsistent printing patterns or color differences on printed items. Due to fabric elasticity and measurement methods, discrepancies within 3 cm are considered within the normal range.

    Due to the complexity of overseas shipping and refund procedures, we carefully inspect and package all items before shipment. Please rest assured when placing your order. If you receive a defective product, please send photos within 7 days of receiving the item, and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
